Who we are
ZD and this website are run by Amr El Hadeka in Egypt. Questions or requests: invest@amrelhadeka.com.
What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name and email address. We don't get your Google password, contacts or files.
- If you create an account with email: your email, a name and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
- What you choose to enter in ZD: for example income, spending, savings, debts, goals and the questions you ask. You never need to enter bank account numbers, card numbers or passwords, and ZD will never ask for them.
- Guest accounts: if you try ZD without signing in, we create a private guest account just for you. It is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Website usage: anonymous daily counts of which pages and buttons are used. No cookies and no IP addresses are stored for this.
- Newsletter and sessions: if you subscribe or book a session, your email (and booking details) go to our newsletter tool (Brevo) or booking tool (Calendly).
Why we use it
- To run ZD for you: show your numbers, answer your questions and keep the results you save.
- To keep the service safe and affordable, for example daily limits on AI answers and limits on new guest accounts.
- We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and ZD. ZD's database is stored in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe region.
- Anthropic (the company behind Claude) processes the questions you ask ZD, together with the figures ZD needs to answer them, to write each reply. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google", to confirm who you are.
How long we keep it
- Chat messages: up to 180 days, then deleted automatically.
- Guest accounts: deleted after 7 days.
- Accounts: until you delete them.
Your choices
- In ZD, under Settings, you can download a copy of your data or delete your account and everything in it at any time.
- You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it.

- ZD is in beta. Features may change, and some tools are marked "ZD Plus" while they are prepared.
- We may update this page; the date at the top shows the latest version.
